God, I remember watching this.

I have a very vague memory of the Pixies playing an early episode of Conan and getting Andy to dance on a screen that was playing behind the band. He was wearing short pants and a pink shirt. Can any other old school Conan lovers confirm that this actually happened? Every time it pops in my head I try to find it online, but no luck so far.
