I’ve been very quiet online for months, but I’m still around, occasionally starring and hearting and liking and inappropriately rubbing, etc.
I just wanted to pop in and say a few things.
Thing the first: I’m not sure I like this new dashboard layout. It took me a few minutes to find my messages. There’s almost 250 of them. Jeezy cream cheezy, am I right? Which brings me to…
Thing the second: I’m still alive. I’ve been going through some things and some stuff and some thing-stuff lately, and I haven’t felt like writing about it. So, yeah. I’m still here, just quiet. I’ll try and get to my messages. I’m not ignoring anyone. Not on purpose, anyway.
Thing the third: I’ve finally cracked open my collectors edition of Fallout: New Vegas, and, seeing as I have even more time on my hands than normal, I’ve already clocked in well over forty hours of gameplay. It’s pretty damn amazing. I also realized last night that if I put sunglasses and a hat (to hide his hairstyle) on my character, pictured above, he kind of looks like Ian. I’m not sure how I feel about this quite yet.
Thing the fourth: I’m pretty sure I’m going to start a movie blog. Until then, go see Thor before it leaves theaters, X-Men: First Class was better than the trailers made it look, and go see Bridesmaids. For the love of God, go and see Bridesmaids. It’s so damn good, it”s crazy.
Thing the fifth: If you’re one of the literally tens of people who enjoy my musical posts and recommendations, go listen to “I Go Away” by MNDR and “Wrecking Bar” by The Vaccines. Both come with the SFB stamp of approval, for whatever that’s worth.
And finally, thing the last: I miss y’all, Tumbletopians.
